FAQ
We may have an answer to any questions you may have about how the self OTP process works. Please look below for the relevant topic. If you cannot find an answer to your query please contact us on PlayerAuctions, or send an email to sales@2px.uk
What is an OTP?
An OTP, otherwise known as a One Time Passcode is a code that is sent in order to access your account security to modify/add/remove information that protects your account. When you get an OTP code for your newly bought Xbox Account on PlayerAuctions you will use this code to enter on account.microsoft.com in the security area to add your own email/phone security and remove the @2px.uk one that was added to get an OTP code.
What is my login?
Usually your login is determined by the Gamertag of the account. For example: If you bought an account that had a temporary Gamertag such as MoonFox201 and it requires an OTP, a @2px.uk address will be created as either MoonFox201@2px.uk or MoonFox@2px.uk. It is important to thoroughly read your Extra Instructions for the exact email for OTP. The password will remain the same as to the account you bought.
Can I do it myself??
Yes, absolutely. You'll be given all the details to login at https://2px.uk/otp. From the point of login you would have already received a welcome email from admin@2px.uk to give you extra support on how to self update. This email would have been sent before any sales have taken place.
How long does it take?
Not long at all! It'll take however long it takes you to update security with OTP on other accounts you may own or sell. It's a very quick and simple process with no signups required.
